I work on creative problem-solving in technology and organizational design. I take photos and I write. 

In my photography and writing, I have always searched for and explored the moments that make us intensely human, and therefore inherently vulnerable.

Most of all, I believe in adventure, observation, and all forms of expression via movement, words, and art. Also, I enjoy eating chocolate, attempting new forms of dance, collecting all kinds of music into playlists (I’m an exceptional road trip companion), making up puns, and asking questions. Sometimes all simultaneously.

My Work

I am passionate about creative ways of using technology to spark human connection. 

I speak three languages (English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese).

I specialize in project/program management, product operations, process design, and systems implementation, including all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 

I have worked with global consulting firms, mobile app and co-living startups, and nonprofit organizations. I provide consulting services on personal productivity, location-independent/remote work, change management, and OKR goal setting methodology. The story of how I helped pioneer OKRs at TED is published on What Matters. I also helped to plan and facilitate the first-ever virtual Design Sprint at TED.

I offer to make up puns and edit grammar for startup companies who might need these kinds of services.
